Shipping policy
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, with a few exceptions.
We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
- Ecuador
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
When will I receive my order?
Orders will be fulfilled and then shipped in approximately 3–7 days. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

Europe: 6–8 business days

Japan: 4–8 business days

International: 10–20 business days
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not within our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

Ask your local post office if they have your package
Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, please send us an email at matthew@callher6.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Shipping Policy
Once you have confirmed your order, it might not be possible to edit or cancel it. If you want to change some parameters, customer addresses, etc., please send us an email at matthew@callher6.com within 7 days of the delivery or estimated delivery date. In some cases, you may need to reach out to the shipping carrier directly. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.
It shall be your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the order was delivered. In such case we will not make any refunds and will not resend the order.
If carrier tracking indicates that an order was lost in transit, you may make a written claim for replacement of the lost Product in compliance with our return policy. For orders lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. All such claims are subject to our investigation and sole discretion. We cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes.
